POSATIVE affirmations

SUMMARY.
This is an autobiographical reflection on life’s challenges over fifty two years I believe the former challenges have helped to prepare me for the challenge of today and more importantly tomorrow. The more anxious I got when I was nine the more my speech impediment became obvious. Overcoming this problem was my first major obstacle.
My major challenge was reading and writing as I was diagnosed with word blindness. The meaning of my life has been overcoming fears and concerns through the acceptance of facing that challenge. An analysis of the nine year old Paul, and Paul the soldier of the eighties, helps prepare me for the challenge of 2009, psoriatic arthritis.
I was developing some transferable coping skills. While many of the courses were geared toward team building, one was an individual effort and included traversing 100 feet above ground on the side of a mountain onto a rock, crossing over a rope bridge approximately 300 feet above ground and sliding down 150 feet on a steel pipe.
I have developed three chronic illnesses associated with Psoriatic Arthritis. The Inflammation can cause generalized tiredness and you may find you need to take more rests than usual.
The second point is use POSATIVE affirmations & REFLECTION skills to help elevate chronic pain. It can get you down and may cause stress, anxiety and depression. On the other hand, it is very important to keep exercising the joints. It is hoped that others may benefit in similar ways.
Paul.
